How much does Songbird Pro cost?
Pro is £29 per user per month, or £290 per user per year — paying annually gives you 2 months free. New customers start with a 7-day Pro trial (card required), and Enterprise is quoted for your organisation.
Is Songbird priced per user?
Yes. Every paid subscription is billed per user, so the quantity on your subscription always matches the number of people you licence. Adding or removing users changes the quantity and the charge follows on the next invoice.
What do I save by paying annually?
Annual billing costs £290 per user per year instead of £348, so you get 2 months free — a saving of £58 per user each year.
Is there a discount for buying more Nightingale apps?
Yes. When you buy 3 or more Nightingale applications you get 20% off qualifying recurring subscription charges. Annual pricing is applied first, then the bundle discount comes off the discounted recurring amount.
Can I combine annual billing with the multi-app bundle discount?
Yes, and that is the cheapest combination. For example, 10 users on annual Pro with 3 apps costs £2,320 a year — £19.33 per user per month.
What happens if I switch from monthly to annual?
Your subscription moves to the annual price at the same user quantity, and any unused time on the monthly period is credited against the annual charge. No data or configuration changes.
Is there a free trial?
New customers get a 7-day Pro trial. A card is required when you start it through Nightingale, and your Pro subscription begins when the trial ends unless you cancel. There is no free plan — if a subscription ends or lapses, access is paused and your data is kept.
How is Enterprise priced?
Enterprise is quoted per organisation because it includes SSO, webhooks, field-level permissions, advanced automation and onboarding. The same annual and multi-app bundle discounts apply to the recurring charge.
Prices are in GBP and exclusive of VAT where applicable. Upgrades take effect immediately and never require records to be migrated or recreated. Downgrades keep all of your data — only new usage above the lower plan's limits is restricted.
